Wren McKenna can see dead people.

This is her secret, one she has guarded closely—until her brother, Hawk, needs her help. A viral video gone wrong lands Hawk in trouble with the law, and his only way out is to make their new ghost-hunting show a hit.

With Wren's talent for communicating with the dead and Hawk's knack for sensing true intentions and predicting future outcomes, they form an unstoppable pair. Wren reluctantly agrees to help off-camera but becomes even more apprehensive when she learns their first investigation takes place at Camp Scissortail.

Years ago, had Hawk not sensed something terrible was going to happen, Wren would have been at the camp when a monster took the lives of two young girls. The case remains unsolved, and now Wren must confront the ghosts of the past. As they dive deeper, she realizes they're up against far more than a few uneasy spirits.

About the Author

Raven Lee, also known as Jennifer McMurrain, is an award winning, best selling author, who is branching out into the world of paranormal suspense.

Although Jennifer will never be one to cuss excessively, have erotic sex scenes, or extreme gore in her novels, she wanted a way for her readers to distinguish between her inspirational/historical/romantic works and her darker material.

Jennifer came up with this particular pen name for two reasons: In high school Jennifer was obsessed with the life and works of Edgar Allen Poe, hence the first name Raven. Jennifer's parents and her older sister, who have been a constant source of love and support, all have the middle name of Lee/Lea.
